We conduct a thorough geotechnical investigations review to understand the soil conditions and use the data to design the most suitable foundations. 

Road levels and finished floor levels are crucial for effective drainage and accessibility. We use topographic surveys to understand the lay of the land and design road and floor levels that work with the natural slope of the site. This ensures efficient water runoff and reduces the risk of flooding, while also making sure that the home is easily accessible.

Retaining walls is another important aspect of our strategy. These structures are designed to hold back soil and prevent erosion, particularly on sloped sites. We design our retaining walls to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, integrating them seamlessly into the overall design.
